Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with GD Community Shop! Here's how shipping works.

Everything we sell is made to order, so please give us a little time to get it produced before it heads out. Most orders are ready to ship within a few business days, though it can take a bit longer depending on the item and how busy our production team is at the time.

Once your order leaves the production facility, delivery time depends on where you're located — some orders arrive in under a week, others take a couple of weeks, especially if you're further from where the item is made. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your package may be subject to customs fees or import taxes when it reaches your country. These are set by your local customs office, not by us, so they're not included in your order total and would be your responsibility if they come up.

If your order has more than one item, it might arrive in separate packages, since different products can be made and shipped from different places. Each package gets its own tracking number, and you won't pay extra for it — that's just how it works on our end.

One thing worth double-checking: your shipping address at checkout. Once an order goes into production we may not be able to change it, so it's worth a quick look before you hit confirm.
